As state-wide protests against paper leak in Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UKSSSC) examination by unemployed youth intensified, another video of a protesting girl went viral wherein she threatened to ban Bhagwa (saffron) in the hill villages and recreate Nepal and Bangladesh in the Himalayan state.
Defying all persuasive moves by the state government and administration, unemployed youth have refused to call off their protests against the paper leak. Now, they have threatened to recreate Gen Z protests in Nepal and Bangladesh in Uttarakhand.

Without naming the BJP, its leaders, and Hindu organisations, the woman said that Bhagwa will be banned from entering the villages of Uttarakhand.
“Bhagwa must not be allowed to enter the villages. Tell them to hand over the national flags to us and go away with their bhagwa. Our constitution has taught us that Hindu religion alone is not supreme in India, other religions too are. We will not be fooled anymore in the name of the Hindu religion,” said the unidentified girl who addressed the crowd of protesters in Dehradun two days ago, after which her video went viral on social media.
“Youth of Uttarakhand has awakened today and will not sit quiet till the demands are met,” she said, requesting all households to join the protest.
Meanwhile, leaders of the protest have reiterated that they will not call off the protest till their demand for holding reexamination and a CBI probe is accepted by the government.
Former president of Uttarakhand Unemployed Association Bobby Panwar and independent socio-political activist Tribhuvan Chauhan said that the government had promised to conduct the examination, but now it has gone back on its assurance, as media reports suggest that a re-exam will not happen.
It is notable that the paper leak of the UKSSSC examination for recruiting Patwaris, BDOs, and other graduation-level vacancies in the government on September 21 triggered widespread protests under the leadership of Uttarakhand Unemployed Association the next morning.
Protesters have been demanding that the UKSSSC quash the examination and re-conduct the same.
